Of all these leaders, it has to be Thailand's illegitimate king who is the most hated by his people.
Not surprising really, King Bhumibol has been instrumental in the destruction of democracy in Thailand.
This American gentleman has endorsed no less than 18 military coups, though to say so publicaly, would land you a hefty 15 year prison sentence under Thailand's lese majeste law.
