"Interview"

Setelah berhari hari aku tak apdet blog nih... tiba2 saat ini aku terasa mcm nk tekan2 keyboard nih.. so aku pun try2 la.. dah abih satu ayat.. ;p ni pun kes fali tegur dah bosan dgn cita ketam.. yela2 nanti aku cita pasal haiwan lain plak.. huhu.. Sebenaqnya takdak la idea sgt nk tulih ni.. tapi memandangkan ramai permintaan dr peminat2 supaya blog ni di apdet.. hahaha.. so saya akan penuhi kehendak kalian.. ;p erm.. takdak apa pun yg best life aku 2 3 ari b4 nih.. xtvt ari2 bgn, ngadap lappy ni, tgk tb, mkn.. tu ja.. kdg2 p lepak kt cc latip.. ari ahad baru2 ni ja ada intibiu Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Kedah(DPMK) sbg executive perhubungan.. nk pakai sorang ja.. yg p intibiu tuh ada la dalam 10 org.. huhu.. kebtulan ada sorang membe aku kena jugak.. intibiu pukui 10.. so pagi tu sampai dlm kui 9 camtu.. kami pun p la minum2 dulu.. sembang2 pa pekena roti cnai dgn teh tarik.. dkt2 kui 10 naik la bgnn tuh.. tgk yg lain dh dok tunggu dah.. dah reg suma.. tunggu la.. seb bek la ikut turutan nama.. awai jugak la aku.. :D thanks mak ayah bg nama best.. hehe.. so bila dah panggil aku pun masukla..

Tkejut gak tgk ada 4 org panel.. telan ayaq liuq tak lepaih time tuh.. huhu.. pas bg salam pa dudukla.. sbb kan aku ni byk pengalaman intibiu so aku mcm besa.. mmg dok tau dah.. mula2 dia suh crita pasal diri.. haha.. kita pun crita la.. pompang2.. pastu mula sesi soal jawab.. part ni yg nebes skit.. huhu.. tak byk sangat soklan.. dia byk crita pasai skop keja then tanya bleh dak wat suma tuh.. agak byk la.. skop keja dia.. nk kena handle dgn jabatan2 kerajaan.. negeri, district n byk lagi la.. pastu dgn negara2 luaq mcm indon thailand n china kot.. dia pun test la english aku.. ni yg aku lemah nih.. huhu.. tanya pasai one msian.. aku pun crita ja la.. tah btui ka dak grammar.. :P tak lama pun la.. sat ja.. so setel la intibiu tuh.. so skrang nih apa lagi.. next step.. mcm besa.. tunggu ja n jawab soklan2 membe2.. huhu.. takpa jawapan mmg da ada.. abih ja intibiu.. org pun tanya la.. "mcm mana intibiu? ok?" hee.. taktau nk jawab pa.. huhu.. tp yg tau ok.. tunggu je la.. ni la yg biasa aku jawab.. :P sory noh kawan2.. hehehe.. so abih ja intibiu aritu.. aku pun menjalankan xtvt aku yg biasa.. bgn.. ngadap laptop.. tgk tb.. mkn.. huhu.. ntahla sampai bila.. uhuk2.. tawakkal ja la.. so saya nk pesan kt sini.. sapa2 yg taw ada mana keja kosong please! bagitau.. :P erm.. dah pjg rasa menaip nih.. nnti kalau ada benda best lagi ceq crita lagi noh.. :D utk pembaca luar dr utara.. yg tak paham perkataan2 yg telah di gunakan bleh tanya di shout box ataupun comment.. hehe.. nanti saya akan tolong jelaskan.. hehe..

so kat sini aku nk share skit 5 things absolutely kita must know.. aku amik kt tenet ni.. (interview mistakes) yg mana dah ada keja tu kot2 nanti dpt keja lagi bagus ke kan.. kena intibiu.. hehe..

1. First Impressions are essential. Are you dressed appropriately? Is your hairstyle appropriate, your fingernails clean and trimmed? Yes, it sounds like this is just a little too much, but you have to understand that anything at all can eliminate you from being considered for employment. Eliminate as many of the possible problem areas as you can so that the employer focuses on what you bring to the table in terms of qualifications.
   
2. Arriving on time is a must. Actually, you can arrive at the location ten to fifteen minutes before the scheduled interview, but walk in the door a minute or two before the interview is supposed to start. Never arrive late. If something comes up, such as a traffic accident, call the company as soon as possible to make them aware of the situation.
   
3. Professionalism is highly valued. Are you chewing gum, smoking or tapping your pen on your portfolio? Everything you do will be judged in some form or fashion by the interviewer. Omit anything that might exclude you from further consideration as a potential job candidate.
   
4. Speaking clearly and concisely is wise. Remember the phrase, "Never use two words when one word will do." Address each person you meet as "Mr." or "Ms." and articulate your words using proper grammar. Avoid slang and jargon.
   
   
5. Knowledge of the organization is critical. If you have not taken the time to research the company, it will become very obvious in the interview. Find out, at the very least, some key information about the place where you want to make a living. What products do they make or what services do they provide? Who are their major competitors? Does the company have a mission and do your goals line up with theirs? These but a few of the questions that you need to have answers to before you walk into the interview.
